Enter the number of packages (i.e. one per employee) you would like to order. The reduced employer price-breaks kick in with quantities of 2-19, 20-49, and 50+ packages.
Select your Add-on programs, keeping in mind the quantity should be the same number as your package quantity.
After Checkout, you will get confirmation of your order, with details on how to enter your employee information, as well as selecting the date your CuramLife packages become effective for your employees for either the 15th of this month, or the 1st or 15th of next month.
